Who doesn't love strawberries?!? Actually, I didn't like eating them until I was about 12 years old!
But enough about that...
For this card, my sister used the Sweet Strawberry Bundle, which comes with a stamp set and a builder punch.

When the You're A Peach Suite first appeared in the Annual Catalogue, my sister put it on her wishlist straight away....
Maybe it has something to do with our country upbringing and the fact we had peach trees.... although, I admit I was not immediately drawn to the suite.
So, I asked my sister to make a card using the suite.
Here is what she came up with:

The #CI113 challenge colours were Pale Papaya, Polished Pink, Basic White, Basic Black and Gold.

After my last attempt at using the Spiral Dye Stamp did not go according to plan, I decided I would try again.
I only stamped two colours with the Spiral Dye Stamp - Pale Papaya and Polished Pink - and I think it came up nicely. I would never have thought to put those two colours together, so definitely a little outside my comfort zone colours.

I recently took part in the #CI113 Colour Challenge in the Colour INKspiration Challenges group on Facebook.

After my last attempt at using the Spiral Dye Stamp did not go according to plan, I decided I would try again.
I only stamped two colours with the Spiral Dye Stamp - Pale Papaya and Polished Pink - and I think it came up nicely. I would never have thought to put those two colours together, so definitely a little outside my comfort zone colours.

I had an idea in my head at the outset, to use the Spiral Dye Stamp Set. However, once I put ink to paper I wasn't inspired. So after much deliberation (and a big mess of stamps and stamp cases on my desk), I decided on the Artistically Inked Stamp Set instead.
I love the effect of the colours and the stamp used.
Sometimes, all you really need is some simple stamping on some cardstock to make a great card.
I did end up making a card out of the cardstock I had inked with the Spiral Dye Stamp Set - it didn't turn out so bad after all LOL!
I might go off in search of more colour challenges...
